Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail, or other services as detailed during the order process. Shipping by Royal Mail is included in the sales price.

Customs & Excise
Overseas customers of Your Pet Online should be aware that they may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are levied on arrival at the specified destination by local authorities. Any such additional charges are to be borne by the customer. Please also note that international deliveries may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, and as the purchaser of a product from Your Pet Online, you are regarded as the Importer of the product/s ordered. Stock levels permitting, we will endeavour to despatch your goods within 2-5 working days of clearance of payment for your order. However, due to the nature of subscriptions and purchasing issues before publication, this may vary, and issues will be despatched on publication. Returns Policy
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 7 day "cooling off" period, during which goods may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage costs). The cost of postage for any items returned during this time is to be borne by the buyer.
